My family and I recently transferred to AT&T and we made several trips to this store in order to get screen protectors, trade-ins and swap phones. All the employee were knowledgable, friendly and tremendously helpful especially Austin.

Between the time we changed to a family plan and the time we received our phones in the mail, my youngest son passed away. Austin, who helped us initially, when I went in to return the phone and make changes to our plan, was absolutely wonderful. He not only went to great lengths to make sure we had the best plan for our needs, he also showed sympathy and kindness for our loss. Simply having to return my deceased son's phone was painful beyond belief, but Austin knew exactly how to handle this situation. I highly recommend using this location. Ask for Austin. You won't regret it.

I just want to compliment Patrick at this location for going out of his way to give the best customer service I have experience in a retail store. Patrick is a great asset to AT&T and he should be recognized as such. I will recommend all my family and friends to go see him. Keep up the great work!

Azusa canyons is amazing! Their is a restroom here before you go up the mountain the mountain the next restrooms are past east fork road on the west side of the road its a brown building about 2miles past the east fork bridge
