Thankfully, after having a disappointing experience with the website, I turned to calling the California store. (The New York store was closed for the night.) The two stores in the US are completely separate from the website. I received valuable advice about fit for 3 different styles and was able to decide on the right pair of navy pants. Item was shipped free and arrived across country in less than a week. Besides needing hemmed--something I can easily do locally--they are a perfect fit! “Professional team of Doctors and staff! Was worried at first about getting Platelet Rich Plasma therapy for my hair loss due to pain that may be associated with injections in the scalp. The team was very professional and numbed up my scalp thoroughly. The doctor has very gentle hands and did a wonderful job with the treatment. I have done three sessions so far and am thrilled about the results that I have been seeing so far. My hair is thicker and fuller and baby hairs are coming in where there were not before! Very happy with this place! No free parking available but there is parking available close by on the street!”
