“I want to give a HUUUGE shoutout to Lisa and Dain over at Hotrod Cameras. Not only are they extremely personable, I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. I deal a lot with the top dogs in our industry... (Adorama, BH, Film-Tools, CVP etc.) and Hotrod Cameras is one of my favorite. I needed a part that was out of stock everywhere due to the recent silicon shortage and current lockdown in China. Before ordering, I wanted to make sure they had it in stock. Want to talk about no wait lines on the phone and talking with someone directly? They got you covered. They are extremely honest and cheerful about helping out. Sometimes I had to call back with more questions and NOT ONCE did they make me feel like a nuisance. I asked for a custom rate for the part I needed to get here by Saturday (in the middle of 2 day and overnight shipping, depending on when it would be picked up) and they found a solution for me at a great price. Overall I will definitely be giving them more of my business and I consider the environment there more as a friendship than anything else. Great people over there. I have no idea what Scott is saying in his review, but as far as the customer service they were extremely happy and upfront about the whole process, even down to including a floor model they had and all the details about it.
