  Raquel Perez, my contact/assistant from Valley Funeral has been excellent, A plus professional during the whole process for my tough time of losing a son. She, and all the system, were excellent from beginning (few months ahead of time since my son had a cancer with short life expectancy) she explained the process, brief me over all steps and cost associated to it without any marketing pressure to sell extra services and etc. I have nothing but, good to say about the Valley Funeral and specially Raquel Perez. All went smooth during my tough time.

  From the moment we walked into Valley Funeral Home, it was nothing but exceptional service and professionalism. Every staff member was kind, understanding and sympathetic. There were so many agonizing and difficult decisions to be made, but they helped guide us each step of the way.   They made it so easy during a difficult time. Raquel is so sweet and patient. My experience with their customer service and the funeral services that were provided is excellent. Great place to help with services and kindness during your grieving process.

  The staff of Valley Funeral Home were very professional, compassionate, and sensitive to our needs. Dina, Cynthia, Freddie, Daniel and Raquel were very attentive and explained everything and attended to us from beginning to the end. It gave us comfort knowing that our beloved one who passed was taken cared of.
  
  The place itself was beautiful and made us at ease.

  This is a very professional organization that made a difficult time go as smooth as I could hope. They gave me a lot of 'yes' responses and did not charge for many of the items as I would have expected them too. I am very thankful my parents chose Valley Funeral Home.
