“A pretty decent American Chinese restaurant, located in the Burbank area on Olive Ave. It was recommended by a friend who works at the BurbankUSD since I work around this area too. Their Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef are great, better than others that serve the same foods. I love the Hot & Sour soup, it has the right amount of sourness to it, I added some chilli to make it taste even better. For lunch specials, you can choose from either white or fried rice for free, or brown rice for $1. You can also add extra veggies of your choices for $1 more. I do recommend this place if you are looking for a decent American Chinese restaurant.”

“My husband and I went to MexCocina for lunch. It was not planned, we were shopping in Burbank and stopped for a late lunch. We ordered Steak Fajitas and it was simply amazing. “I had called in advance and told them it was a special celebration dinner for 2. The manager was very helpful over the phone and said they would make the night special. Once we arrived the manager welcomed us in and immediately escorted us to our table. The mood setting and location where we were sat down was so romantic. When we got to our table, the restaurant had gone above and beyond and made a special menu for the birthday celebration. The menu had my wife's name and her birthday on top of menu. I thought what a way to make someone feel really special than having a menu just for them. I had the USDA prime rib eye which was out of the world. Perfectly cooked, medium rarer to perfection. My wife had the center cut which was amazing as well. For sides we ordered lobster Mac and cheese and asparagus. Before food was brought out, we were given a onion loaf of bread that was light and fluffy. Furthermore, if you happen to arrive earlier or with no reservations. The restaurant has a adorable garden area to take nice photos. We had a great experience celebrating a special occasion. Will give them thumbs up.”

“I do not understand all these bad reviews. I had the Kobe beef burger when I passed through from Texas to California at the Burbank airport. This was the best burger I have ever had in my life and I’m 70 living in the foodie capital of Houston. I can’t get this burger anywhere else so I look forward to having it when I come through the Burbank airport. I sure wish they would build one here in Houston. The caramelized onions piled high with all the unique ingredients together made for a taste explosion in an extraordinary burger. Keep up the good work !!”
