Monique is a A+++ fitness trainer and instructor. I never see her falter or give up on anything or anyone. Her energy and motivation she brings to the table every time I see her, makes me work harder and brightens up my day. Honestly I wish every fitness teacher had this passion and energy with them, time flies and hard work gets done much easier.
