  George is absolutely the best coach! I would highly recommend him as he focuses on achieving your goals and getting you to the next level. His workouts are challenging and effective. I’ve known George for over 5 years now and he has never failed me. He’s full of positive energy and knowledge. He will guide you through each exercise and tell you what you should be feeling, and focuses on good form to avoid injury. He is honest and pushes you when you are wanting to give up. He also gives great advice on what to eat, to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and achieve your results!

  Get Fit by George is a great experience. He never fails me. His great personality, his wisdom and knowledge on fitness and health is out of this world! He has taught me what to do and what not to do before and after exercising. When working with George he pushes you to your full potential because he knows you have it in you. He is a healthy and fitful person and he makes you want to become healthy and fit. So if your out there looking to get fit and healthy he is the man. You will Get Fit By George!

  I trained with George and he is absolutely great. His insight, wisdom, and drive regarding his style of fitness training is excellent. Not only did I learn more about fitness but I learned more about he human body and how the food eat plays a big part in your fitness training. I appreciate his approach that fitness is not a hobby or a routine but its a way of life. I wish he was still here in Dallas so he could continue to train me.

  I have known George all my life because he is my father so this review is definitely not biased. As far as I know my father has always been into fitness and been very good at it. He encouraged me and my brother to play sports and keep toned when we were younger. Considering his age I know that he is in the best shape ever so if you want to maintain a healthy and fitful life I advise you to get fit with George. I know I would if I was in California.

  George has been teaching Pilates for 15 years and he knows this training and I highly recommend checking him out. He is patient and knowledgeable and he will get your body up to strength and toned happiness when you commit to the work. Which is fun by the way.
