“There is nothing like coming home and finding a waterfall inside your living room. Our bath tub upstairs overflow (don't ask how?) and Perez Restoration has brought our family back to normal. First, they were quick, took charge, went to work and not only clean & dry but inspect and recommend! He assured us that we will be OK! After seeing my neighbor went through mold issue inside the dry wall...I was terrified. But, Perez has the latest and greatest equipment and made sure that it will never happen to us. The food has never been a problem. Probably the best and I really mean the best of any other Fish and chips food place I ever visited and I am not saying it to be nice.
