They utilize an online portal for rent payments and to submit any issues with the home which makes it so easy for us as renters. There was a bit of a fear with renting a home vs an apartment because of the unknown responsiveness of a home owner, but having HOTT homes as the middle person has eliminated that fear. “Thought I'd show my favorite orthodontist a little love so that everyone else can find out about the best ortho care in Claremont! My treatment plan was estimated to go on for about a year but after just four months in, Dr. Lee changed my entire look using Invisalign. I was blown away. I was originally turned down by one of those online teledentistry companies that I saw an ad for on Instagram for clear aligners. The polite rejection basically translated to "Your teeth are too messed up for our basic remote treatment, so seek out an actual orthodontist." [Waaahhh-- insert crying face emoji here!] After getting a consultation with Dr. Lee, I understood why. I had a lot of overcrowding that needed physical treatment, such as teeth slimming which obviously could not be handled by a company that just sends you twenty trays, waves you a proverbial goodbye and expects to handle the rest of your treatment on your own. Kinda scary, especially for the cost they're charging you right off the bat. If you choose to continue your treatment because you're still not satisfied with your results, then these companies will charge an additional $200 or more every time you want to continue another round of treatments. And if anything goes wrong, there is no doctor for you to talk to, even for simple questions regarding any discomfort. Getting turned away was a blessing in disguise for me. Anytime I have a concern, I never feel rushed. I like that my questions are thoroughly addressed and I understand everything that is happening with my teeth. I'm still in treatment right now but I'm close to being done. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you want really warm, friendly service. Dr. Kit is really good as well but he's more technical and to the point as he's actually a professor at a dental college, so his expertise is just next level good. With a team like this, you cannot put your smile in better hands. I am so happy-- the transformation is so tremendous in such a short period of time that I don't even recognize my mouth in the mirror anymore!”

I have a very stressful job and as it turned out, my appointment with Barbara left me feeling as if I had been to a spa! “My daughter was so bummed that she needed braces and her brother did not. No kid loves the restrictions on soda, chips, and candy that braces brings on. To incentivize kids to steer clear of those food items, Claremont Orthodontics awards kids with wooden coins that can be traded in for gift cards or movie tickets. My daughter has a stash, saved from each visit and plans to cash in on her reward once her braces come off. The staff, from the people at the desk, the financial lady, and the staff in the back are nice and cheerful, even considering our morning appointments. I have no complaints. I picked this location because the orthodontist offered through my dentist was difficult to understand and didn’t explain things very well. On top of that, appointments were limited to one weekend a month because he contracts out to different dental offices. No thank you. For a couple hundred more in my price quote, I happily enjoy the flexibility in scheduling something that works for me, around my schedule. A fixed location with a staff that works together as a team every day is well worth considering.”

In fact, it felt like every staff member knew my son even though he was in the toddler room. It was that attention to detail that made our experience very personal. My child was not just another number to them; he was family. They had high quality, fun activities everyday. I loved the Tadpole software for daily reports and announcements. They sent pictures of my son participating in the days activities that helped me to see he was doing great there.
