(December 7, 2022, 5:43 am)I was there 1989-1990 Sapphire cottage. Vivian Orange was my case worker. The place was nice and staff also. I worked in the kitchen at times.
(April 19, 2022, 8:21 pm)back then in 1990s when I was there it was the bomb I love it there they taught me so much things I grew from it and I live right by there I never knew it but overall they taught me a lot they were kind they were good I listening to other people when they were down and out but overall Kirby I’ll never forget that I love that place that was one of my favorites
(January 5, 2021, 2:34 pm)Hello, I was in Kirby back in 1996 in Jade College with Mr. Sanchez. Mrs. Jackson was my counselor and I’ve benefited greatly from the program there. While I was there I got a chance to meet the Dalai Lama and participate in the sand paintings. I excelled in my education there in all my classes and I still have contact with one of my peers that were in my cottage and he’s doing well. Besides that now that I am a man and put all my childish ways behind me I’ve been trying to reach out to my former counselors and therapist there. Rest in peace to Perry Amos who was a probation officer there at mentor of mine. God bless
