“For a public laundry mat with no supervision through out the day, it’s kept pretty organized and mostly clean. My only issue is sometimes I notice one of the securities(when she’s not working) using her keys for the employee only doors. Im not sure if that’s allowed while she’s using the machines, but it doesn’t sit right with me.”

They responded the same day, and we figured out a convenient time for a walk through. We received an estimate immediately after the walk through, and within another day had our deep clean scheduled for the following week. Overall, our experience with You've Got Maids was really positive and we're looking to work with them moving forward. We plan to start with cleanings every 3 weeks. This house cleaning service has certainly reduced our stress and increased our down time at home! I'm a little nervous about the pets moving forward as it's not easy for me to leave work midday and not fair for the cats to be locked up for long periods, but I've made my concerns known and I'm sure they'll be addressed. Definitely looking forward to having a nice, clean, welcoming home and more time to enjoy it! :)”

The parking lot can seem a little intimidating at times just by some of the locals that like to congregate there, but don't let that stop you from giving them your business, they're harmless.
