“I switched my work insurance from Cigna over to Kaiser Permanente HMO so I found myself here for my new primary care physician. Parking was plentiful. Check-in at the reception desk was pretty easy. You could either use the kiosk to check-in or with one of the receptionists. You will be notified which station is available. After getting my vitals taken by the nurse, it was a somewhat lengthy wait for my doctor to see me. However once he showed up, he was nice and thorough for the first visit. After I was done seeing my doctor, I visited their lab work station to get my blood work. It was really quick and painless. My blood work was done in no time at all. Overall I have to say that for my very first KP visit, it was a good experience. I was able to check my lab results online.”
