“This is my first time ever ordering my prescriptions from Walmart. On my first visit, I asked for a discount and they were able to find online coupons. The pharmacist went over my medications and side effects in detail. On my second visit, one of medications was not ready. It was my doctor’s fault for not submitting the prescription. Walmart had already called my doctor and requested the prescription by the time I called my doctor’s office. Customer service is excellent: courteous, professional, and all with a smile! Walmart is less expensive, faster, and follows up. I’m very happy! Goodbye CVS!”

They have walk in appointments and a pharmacy downstairs if you don't want to use the national pharmacies. Their staff is pleasant and very friendly with helping you with paperwork. “I had been diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and was suggested to try acupuncture to help combat it. I looked on Yelp for places near my neighborhood that offer acupuncture and found this one. I’m happy with the service and treatments that I received. I made an appointment and the assistant was nice enough to see if my health insurance covered the visits. I had never received acupuncture and I was scared if it was going to hurt. The doctor who saw me was very friendly and patient. He explained to me the process and made me feel relaxed during the treatment. The place is clean, and they offer regular acupuncture and electrotherapy. I went back a few times until I noticed that my Bell’s Palsy started to get cured. I’m very glad that I discovered this place because it gave me another remedy to combat my illness. It helped me try something new and I have recommended it to my family and friends to check it out.”

“In the past, I have enlisted the services of 3 separate care giving organizations only to find a number of issues with each organization. Some failed to adequately care for my mother even allowing her to fall to the floor, while others just failed to show up as scheduled leaving me to scramble tying to find care giving for my mother. Their duties started by taking me to the hospital at 4:30 AM for my surgery. To my surprise on the day of the surgery, I looked out my window at 4:15 AM, and there was my care giver ready to go. Home Instead Senior Care has exceptional care givers. They showed up early, attend to my needs, provided some light housekeeping and assured that I was comfortable in my recovery. Additionally, Home Instead Senior Care has very professional care givers that were always respectful of my privacy. When it was time for my second total hip replacement, it was easy decision to enlist the services of Home Instead Senior Care and again, I found exceptional service not only with the care givers, but also with the administration staff at Home Instead Senior Care including Leslie Cabral who initially assisted me in securing the care givers to meet my needs. I contacted Leslie just days before my first surgery and she scheduled time to meet with me at my house and was able to secure care givers to meet my schedule. Home Instead Senior Care is now and will always be my choice for care giving services for both my mother and I and as we both grow older.
