$60 a month increase from a competitor down the street started us looking for a 10x10ft climate controlled storage locker. We saved $80 monthly and the difference between the 2 storage companies was amazing. Lots of parking, covered unloading area, clean restrooms, are just a few of the differences that we now enjoy.

One suggestion, more hand carts, the end of month activity left a few frustrated customers.

I was in need of a storage unit and I contacted Extra space storage via the internet. The following morning Andrew reached out to me with all the necessary information for me to obtain the available unit I needed. Andrew communicated very well and was very knowledgeable in regards to the layout and operation of the facility. The location is well maintained and clean as a whistle. I’m pleased with the service I’ve received thus far and the location is within good hands. Phenomenal customer service, climate controlled, easy access, elevator access, lots of parking.

The process was seamless from the web signup to moving my items into to storage. Although it wasn’t necessary, the office manager introduced himself and offered great suggestions. The building is clean, secure, and temp controlled, everything I was looking for!

I was looking for a space to store my car and Andrew was extremely helpful. Although his location did not have availability, he called around to other locations and found me an available spot.
