(December 14, 2018, 4:14 pm)The people there are super helpful and are willing to let you test drive any models they currently have set up in the shop. Pretty limited hours but they have a good website. They also do cash discounts so make sure and ask about it.
(September 26, 2018, 5:00 pm)Generally decent/good, but very spotty, customer service. They will take 1-2 days to answer each email (a conversation/troubleshooting thread can take over a week) and some reps are extremely eager to tell you there's no problem, even in cases where there is a clear-cut issue with an item you purchased. I've had both bad experiences and a good experience with customer service. I purchased two BBS02 kits from them and the products themselves were very good, attached are photos of my completed builds.
(September 18, 2018, 12:40 am)Not sure why everyone is hating on this company? They have been super responsive via email and more then helpful. Their bike is high quality and I couldn’t be happier. Their store front is easy to locate and the staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I would also like to thank Seb for all the help via email. I must have had a million questions. But they all got answered in one business day. (Unless on a weekend because you know everyone needs a day off...) but first thing Monday morning I had a reply. So if you are looking for a high performance electric bike look no further. Huge fan and this bike it is a real head turner so many people want to know what it is and who makes it.
