“Old school engine machine shop. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. Took my Ford 289 block, heads and crankshaft and they were able to inspect and tell me what was needed. They hot bathed it (no vat) and bore and honed the cylinders, polished the crank and reseated the valve seats. Did magnaflux to check for cracks. Got them back in a week. Spoke to Ramon but Ernesto was just as helpful. There's a younger guy there for any English speaking people. Took my pistons in a few weeks later to have the pistons assembled on the rods. Took a day. It's cash only (I think) and I didn't get a receipt. I took my crank back after a few weeks because I nicked it and he polished it for free.”

They knew how to move every piece big or small and did it in great timing. That made the whole move a little bit smoother, taking a lot of the stress off of our shoulders. And after the move all of our furniture and bedding had no scratch marks on it which I was thankful for.
