They will call you and tell you what's happening with your car, sometimes to proceed or not, depending on your ultimate decision. They do a great job, and customer service is number one. They fixed my truck to make it smog legal and runs great. Others auto repair places would have charged much more or given up.

It's a family owned and operated business and they go the extra mile to give their customers the best service possible. Always courteous, excellent and professional service. (September 12, 2018, 5:50 pm)My experience with Liebsack was excellent. As I feared an almost dead battery I called and explained my systems they said "come on down". The very tall handsome employee recognized me as I pulled in (since I had been there before) and directed me where to park. He immediately popped my hood and checked on my vehicle. Love the service!
