Can't thank Frank enough. Right off the bat he seemed like a stand up guy and someone that stood behind his work. I gave him my mazda miata to change the convertible top. It came out great, however, there was a piece from the manufacturer that went missing and I needed to take it back to him to fix it. He literally spent 2 weeks searching for this part and when he realized he wasn't going to find it, he actually took the time to fabricate the part himself and fixed it. He didn't even charge after all that extra work. It is refreshing to know that there are business owners like this out there and it was a lesson to myself on how to treat customers in my own business. Thanks Frank!
