(July 18, 2020, 3:42 pm)I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!
(December 5, 2019, 5:40 pm)5 Stars due to great customer service from all of the staff. Highly recommend them if you are on the path of growth and need a bigger branch that isn't one of the "big 3".
