“This is a super popular park and ride. In addition to many people using is to park and carpool, it also has a Goodwill drop off. That's open most days then is closed at night. However that does not stop people from dumping their garbage here at all hours. Often you will see dudes with pickups or groups of people waiting to dig through the stuff that is left at night. Goodwill is good at cleaning up those messes. However the rest of the place is filthy all the time. Maybe once or twice a year there are community service teams that clean up the garbage. The majority of the garbage seems to be from the young men who hang out, smoke, drink, and look at their cars. On any given night you can find 4 to 5 groups of young men just kinda standing around. I don't know why the park and ride is the place they choose to smoke and drink, maybe their is not enough parking at their home. It is very difficult to find parking on Monday mornings, and people often create new spaces because the Street sweeper runs Monday mornings and the neighborhood parks their cars in there. Some people like the Jeep guys use the lot for car storage for their Jeep toys, but those guys are pretty friendly, they said seem to be jump starting people's cars and that sort of things. There were a rash of car break ins a while back but I've not heard of any in a while. Source: I live next door.”
