“I’ve been to Playa Hermosa Fish and Oyster Co. a few times and have always been impressed by the quality of their seafood. Tonight we tried the Peruvian scallops and not only were the scallops amazing but the delicate combination of flavors used were exquisite. The chef’s selection oysters were delicious and to top it off the views from the patio are grand and the staff is welcoming. The best place to get fresh seafood in Hermosa Beach. Shout out to Esteban for his gracious and attentive service!”

“I had just landed from a afternoon flight from Chicago to visit my buddy who relocated to Hermosa Beach in the last year. We just wanted a Happy Hour on the beach with The CUBS on TV and Silvio's delivered. We were able to bring our 3rd Wheel 4 legged friend and he was more than welcome and provided water. The Happy Hour prices were great and the wait staff was more than attentive. We had a great view of the beach and the Cubs game and the volume level on the patio was perfect for getting caught up and raising a few beers. The reputation for a great place for Chicago Fans looks to be more than justifiable.”

“We ended up going here because of their happy hour special which turns out is probably the best happy hour in the area. The staff was incredibly generous and the food was pleasantly delicious. They had a decent beer selection and do a nice collaboration with Stone brewery. They are right off the strand with an amazing sunset view. If you're looking for dessert, order the s'mores milkshake. You won't be disappointed, but might want to have someone there to help you finish it.”

“In the middle of the restaurants in Hermosa beach, there is a small pizza place that called my attention. On one side a Brazilian Restaurant, on the other a sea food restaurant, and there it is next to a small clothes shop... The squared pizzas were really delicious! With my acid stomach condition every time I try a tomato sauce that is not fresh I regret it. I did not know that but I tried anyway... For my lucky their sauce was fresh. In fact, it was one of the best pizza I ever tasted in the area. They have some other salads and inventions too but as I told the owner, if I were him I would focus on promoting the basic pizzas leaving the rest for an expansion. I really appreciate that pizza and I invite you to support them paying a visit to take a bite too. I know how hard it is to be small fish in the middle of the sharks, so if the product is worth it I’ll try to support it. It’s fast, not fancy at all, a great deal for your buck and the best part.... it’s fresh and delicious!”
