“It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The rooms are spacious and you can pay a little more for an ocean front view. The rooms have a mini kitchen including a 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and some silver&glassware. My room was extremely clean and had a great balcony view with chairs and a table. The property is so close to the ocean that you could practically throw a rock at it. It's definitely a great vacation spot for a vacation.”

“Barnacles is a great bar. The staff is very nice and they make a strong drink. Every time we have been, the bartender has taken care of us, even though we were sitting at one of the tables far away from the bar she was periodically checking in on us and keeping the drinks flowing. Amazing service. Every time I'm in Hermosa Beach I make a trip here for a drink. It's off the main drag so the crowd feels more like locals and regulars than the tourist vibe I get on the pier.”

So we bum rushed this store in look for a last minute wetsuit. We were helped out by , I hope I get his name right, Aiden. He was crazy helpful and walked us through what makes a wetsuit good or not and what our options were. This is without mentioning that we arrived only 30-20 minutes before closing, (I know, we’re horrible), but Neither Aiden nor anybody else from the store made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to stop by at a surfshop in the area.”

The price is competitive and you will likely find their products at a same price or cheaper than Internet (Amazon). The vibe this place brings out is more than enough to visit the store, and their food is amazing. Try their buffet style meal, as well as their in-store food restaurant and you can to-go and dine in at the 8th bar.”
