I have been going for several months now at first I was hesitant, I was not sure if I would be able to keep up with everyone especially with the dance steps. But here I am 6 months later and 25 pounds lighter. There several classes throughout the day. I found my happy place at the 8pm class. Plus the ladies and the instructor make sure to motivate you. If I could give more stars I would. Keep it the good work Mr.Jahir and his assistants.
