Recio's Step Aerobics

I had the pleasure of having this class a few years ago and i had great results, I'm so happy that i found her again, i know that i will reach my weight loss goal with her, 100% recommended.

Great places to workout. The instructor is amazing, friendly and very professional. Her positive energy is contagious, she motivates me to continue with my weight lost goals. Her class, the music and the ambiance here is amazing! I absolutely love this place!

I love this place. I had never did step classes in my life, and this instructor has taught me to love myself. She is not only the best at what she does, but she also cares enough to teach you healthy tips on how to eat and what to take to keep you healthy. But what I love the most is that you have privacy you don’t have guys looking at you every time you bend over.
