“This was my first time visiting an O’Reilly, so I started off a bit hesitant with this new experience. I went on a long trip and came home to a car with a dead battery. I was so panicked. So I called around to several shops: Autozone and PepBoys. to see who would be able to help me best in my situation. While the other shops either weren’t sure about their staffing situations, or were a bit condescending on the phone (since I don’t know much about cars), when I made my call to O’Reilly’s, they were SO friendly, supportive, and proactive in getting my car battery tested & changed out ASAP. Bryan was incredible! He had me in and out of the store with my car working in mint condition within like 30 minutes. I swear, it felt like no time at all! And he warmly welcomed me to come back in case anything else started to act up with my car. I will definitely be back. This store has won a customer for life!”
