(January 19, 2014, 11:30 am)High turn over rate of insurance agents but I have never met a rude agent at this location even when the office is busy. At times it is crowded and I've never seen more than 2 agents accepting customers and maybe 1 doing ppw only so can be a little time consuming. But overall not a bad experience.
