(August 17, 2019, 12:34 pm)I had one of the best customer service experiences at this branch. I went in the other day stressing about getting a new phone since I haven’t had an upgrade since the iPhone 7. I had no clue what to choose luckily for me, Stephanie took the time to walk me through the new phones. She had a lot of patience and helped me choose the right one for me! I definitely recommend this branch and I will be returning to this location every time I need service!

Although she was the only one not standing around doing nothing, she approached me immediately and I felt important. I was in and out faster than most stores I visit. Very satisfied ????
(August 12, 2019, 5:25 pm)Great customer service. I went in to pay my bill and I was greeted by Stephanie at the door. She was very thorough and explained all the charges on my bill. She also took the time answer all my questions which I really appreciated.

Long story short, Paola is the best rep that has helped me out in a long time! She took her time and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and Paola in specific!
