This item was purchased online and it turns out the return policy is different when item is purchased online. But this amazing team went above and beyond to help us exchange our item(as we didn’t want our money back). Thank you so much for all of your help we are so grateful!

I love walking into this store, there is really almost everything I need for our home. They have a locksmith machine for copying keys and a machine to sharpen kitchen knives, at a very reasonable price. What can I say Ace hardware store has it all! And the service it's employees gives makes this little store a great one to visit.

The store is big. We got help immediately after we entered the store. Every staff are willing and prepared to help.

Went to the plumbing session. The dude was friendly and helpful. We cannot find some of the parts we needed. He even recommended another store that he knows that may have it. Cool!
