CrossFit classes were excellent and the Assaulted classes were a blast bonus. Fantastic box, fabulous instructors and environment. We will definitely be back when back in town. Cannot recommend more highly.

You will always get a wide variety of workouts daily, they have excellent programming. You will definitely get into shape and get stronger here !! I love CrossFit La Verne
