My child has been attending for almost a year and really enjoys it. If your curious about this place, they offer open gym Friday and Saturdays for you to try out. Just call to check time for age group. Owner constantly changes things around so new challenges are always there.
(March 5, 2022, 7:03 pm)Had my son's 9th birthday party here. The host was great with the kids. He really had them excited and working up a sweat. A very nice guy to boot. Party ended with a bunch of very happy (and very exhausted) kids!

(October 28, 2020, 2:09 am)Mlab is just an amazing gym to train at. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The obstacles are constantly changing. Arnold Hernandez is an exceptional gym owner. Highly recommend this facility. 10/10
