“I am very happy with the simple repair I requested today. We bought a souvenir from our visit to Liberty Island in NY, and my child tried to change the time once we returned to CA and disconnected the pin. They were very nice and offered a solution to repair what is really a cheap souvenir, but as most cheap souvenirs, it holds sentimental value. I also brought in my watches for new batteries and was very happy with their service. Tried to share photos but they didn't attach.”
