“I had a reservation at the down town Long Beach branch. I was going on a trip that day. I was suppose to pick up the vehicle on a Sunday, to my surprise I wasn't aware the closed at 1:00 pm. I showed up at around 2:00 and obviously it was closed. I think that branch has poor customer service the could've gave me a courtesy call letting me know what time they closed. Luckily I was able to count on the branch located at 4100 Donald Douglas they were able to get me a reservation that same day and accommodate my needs. Thanks to them I was able to go on my trip. Thanks guys.”
