Eddie is an absolute delight. This store is great and sells some of the highest quality goods and apparel, but it’s gentlemen like Eddie that make it worth going through the door rather than ordering online. Super helpful, not pushy, just there to help and give you space. Really appreciated the experience I had today - exchanged pants that were a Christmas gift and too large and found a birthday gift for my dad.

I had an awesome experience at Duluth Trading Co today. The staff members were professional and accommodating. Hannah built rapport and patiently answered all questions I had about the merchandise. I was excited to see the women’s section, although my initial reason for visiting was for my dad. I would rather shop in this beautiful store than online. I will be returning soon! Thanks so much for a delightful experience.
