    Substance Abuse Foundation is one of the leading recovery places in the immediate area i was a client at SAF for short and it was one of the most touching and uplifting experiences i ever had in my life Kathy Romo and Arthur Romo are the most understanding patient and loving people not forgetting proffesional people i have ever met in my life the staff the facility and the people there are very elite and can touch bases with anybody from any walk of life
