  I love this studio! Such a great small local location that is packed with lots of good classes, teachers, students, and energy. The studio has a homey feel and is always clean. The classes are hot and sweaty and the instructors know how to give you the best mind and body workout. I love the Bikram classes but also really like the hot pilates and hot fusion classes as well. Its nice to mix things up! My only feedback would be to add more hot pilates and fusion classes!!! Namaste :)

  Wonderful, warm environment. It is a very cozy local studio with a modern clean feel. I love the heated classes and all the instructors are very professional and welcoming. My only piece of constructive feedback, add more classes! Especially on the weekends!

  Great heat, instructors, and overall studio! This place has changed my life for the better. The owner, Rebekah, treats every student as a friend and offers guidance in so many ways. A wonderful hidden gem in Long Beach!

  I really like this place. Sure, I'm a bit biased because I live right around the corner, but that's not the only reason. The 75/90 classes are very structured and the instructors I've experienced so far don't miss a beat. They're very approachable and the classes are non-competitive and I never feel as if anyone is "showing off". And the heat is no joke. They do a great job. Plus, plenty of parking in the nearby lots and street.
