(August 7, 2018, 12:46 pm)After trying two other shoe repair shops that wouldn't help me, I took a handbag with what I thought was a broken zipper to the Shoe Doctor. In less than a minute, he gave the zipper slider a quick squeeze with pliers and a spray with oil, then showed me that it wasn't broken and gave the bag back to me without charging me. All it needed was a quick tweak. That type of honesty and helpfulness makes these guys my new go-to for shoe and bag repairs!
