  Great place to buy some running shoes. Jerome is a great sales person & quite knowledgeable about running shoes. He recommended 3 shoes, ran in all 3, & got me some the Gel-Kayanos which were very nice on my knees. Thanks Ricky for my B-day present, they even gave me $10 bucks off.

  The gal that helped me was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent a long time with me and got out so many pairs out for me to try on. She used my orthodic I already to try in the shoes she brought out for my particular foot issues (plantars fasciitis and heel bone spurs). It didn't bother her getting more shoes, different shoes and when I said I didn't like some. Normally shoe people give you a major attitude when you want any of that stuff and it is rude and annoying. I highly recommend going here. They have work shoes, slippers, athletic , sandals, boots, dress shoes, moccasins, special socks, insoles, shoe laces, and some other random items.

  This is my second time back, after a year and a half. When I first came here, I purchased 3 amazing pairs of shoes. I received such amazing customer service the first time that I came back, because the selections are fantastic for women’s shoes and customer service is so good. I purchased another cute pair of Dansko’s today. Thanks Alex, for providing Long Beach with a great comfort shoe store for women.

  This store deserves more stars than exist in the Universe. I spent a good two and a half hours here, debating between different shoes for my feet, which have turned pretty cranky during the last few months of a new job standing for long periods of time. I am not one to throw down over a hundred bucks on shoes, but I was really worried about my body breaking down after only two months. So I wanted to be very sure before purchasing. Alex, one of the owners, and now my utmost favorite shoe/podiatry expert HANDS DOWN, was incredibly attentive, helpful, fun, friendly, approachable, and SO knowledgeable. She worked with me through it all. I walked away with a great pair of shoes, more knowledge about what my feet, legs, and hips need to be healthy, and a desire to really only ever buy shoes from this store. (And maybe go to happy hour with the staff :p ) This place is incredibly legit. They have been in business for decades, they really know their stuff, and they are so good to their customers. Your feet and your heart will be so happy!

  Went into the store with feet so sore I could not walk correctly. Came out of the store pain free. The staff spent a lot of time with me and came up with a plan. It worked and I'm going back today for more. Great place for great shoes.
