First of all we would like to apologize to Mark and his team for the super late review (8 months later). Back in June 2020 we were notified from our landlord that she would need her house back at the end of our lease. This gave us about 2 months to either find another rental, or actually try and buy a house in the middle of the pandemic.

We contacted Mark ASAP and we jumped on a zoom meeting that evening. He walked us through the overall process as first time buyers as we explained our unique situation. By the end of the meeting, we felt informed, but more importantly we felt comfortable knowing Mark would be with us every step of the way.

Over the next couple of weeks we finally found a house we liked and Mark immediately setup a viewing with all the safety protocols in place for COVID. We fell in love with the house and we put in an offer. There was a little back and forth with the seller along with other offers, but Mark and his team were able to work some magic and we got the house at asking price along with some closing credit!

Mark and his team were overly communicative throughout the buying process and answered all of our questions via text, emails, and phone calls. Their responsiveness and honesty made us feel valued throughout the process.

From our first zoom meeting, to getting the keys… the entire process took us 1 month. Yes, ONE MONTH and it was a sincere pleasure working with Mark and his team. Simply AMAZING service and he still follows up with us til this day. We cannot RECOMMEND him and his team enough. If we ever decide to buy or sell, we know we will be in good hands with them.

Hands down best real estate agency I have ever used. Mark knocked it out the ball park. Got my home sold in a month when the real estate market was declining end of last year. Mark and his team were very professional and fast with everything from photos, fixing small issues, and most of all closing.
