“What a great place to live. Having lived at Channel Point for 3 years (recently moved to nor cal), I had an excellent experience. Rent was certainly a premium, but this truly is a class A apartment complex with on point maintenance and management. On move-in our water heater wasn’t working, but after notifying maintenance within 6 hours they replaced it with a brand-new unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with a full gardening crew coming every week. I also found them to be fair on move out. On the eastern side of the complex along Bixby Village Drive, the apartments are very quiet throughout the day. The central location provides quick access to the 405 and 605, as well as being about a 8 min drive to 2nd street shopping and dining. Great location. Overall would move back.”

The building is older (Thicker walls, more quiet than most places I've stayed.) renovated, well maintained gated property, with a pool, hot tub, and indoor 24/7 gym. Incredibly dog/cat friendly complex. There's a cute little diner walking distance, directly across the street. What really sets it apart is how amazing all of the staff members are. Mayra specifically, From day one, she has been professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making this community a great place to live. Whether it's handling maintenance requests promptly, keeping the property well-maintained, or addressing resident concerns with care and efficiency, Mayra goes above and beyond. What truly sets her apart is her down to earth approachable demeanor. She always take the time to listen and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly.
