“What a great place to live. Having lived at Channel Point for 3 years (recently moved to nor cal), I had an excellent experience. Rent was certainly a premium, but this truly is a class A apartment complex with on point maintenance and management. On move-in our water heater wasn’t working, but after notifying maintenance within 6 hours they replaced it with a brand-new unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with a full gardening crew coming every week. I also found them to be fair on move out. On the eastern side of the complex along Bixby Village Drive, the apartments are very quiet throughout the day. The central location provides quick access to the 405 and 605, as well as being about a 8 min drive to 2nd street shopping and dining. Great location. Overall would move back.”
