  I LOVE the trainers! I also love the 30 min only workout. I love the fact that it’s never boring and that you can modify for your fitness and skill level. It’s literally the only workout routine I’ve ever been able to maintain.

  Convenience to workout according to my schedule, quick in and out in 30 minutes, no need for me to have to come up with a workout plan as it's all right there for me at every station and trainers to help me if I need them.

  Super friendly staff and very helpful. It's a great workout and good for all levels and ages...you make it what you want. I love that you wear a heart rate monitor where you get to see your progress on a screen...it's very motivating. You also get a a summary email after each workout.
