Dr. Omidvar is a knowledgeable physician w a caring personality!
Doctor Omidvar knowledgeable, caring, and takes time to listen to his patients. He finds the best treatment for his patients and is genuinely concerned about their care. His office staff well most of his office staff are generally good at what they do there are one or two that are not as proficient in some areas as they could be. And I am being nice when I say that.
Dr. Omidvar is amazing! He's been the only doctor to get my seizures under control. He's very patient and super understanding. The staff are very understanding and compassionate. Genie, Stefanie and minervM are great. I highly recommend this office.
I was a patient of dr. Amit of ours about 8 years ago or maybe 6 he was the most wonderful doctor I had ever seen and the most kindest man I went to go see him again but the nurse at his office that is located elsewhere not at the Los Alamitos building told me I could not see him and that it had been too long and I had to see another doctor.
I told my primary care doctor Tamara Mayer and she said how ridiculous that is not true and I will call him and speak with him about that and you can see him I never did follow it through but I am going to call and make an appointment and tell the girl that she does not know what she's talking about I knew better but I was in such pain I just was not in the mood to argue with that girl he also told me I had better pick a different insurance as that mine would no longer be around and I had to pick a PPO and I told her that I was not ever going to give up my medicare Medi-Cal that I was told by another doctor that I had the best insurance around.
People that work in doctors offices are usually very kind and polite but this girl is not and I was surprised that he had her as he is employed I ended up seeing another doctor and it's not to say that he wasn't a good doctor but we just did not match and I called and one more time was told I could not see that you're a little far I'm thinking about using my married name because I am still married but I'm not with a man that way I an at least get in to see Dr Omidvar as a patient has the right to see the doctor of her choice and not have some medical receptionist tells her that she has to see who she tells . Yes that is the reason I want to see him also I want to see him because he is so very good and I am having severe problems and I need to get something done I will not give my name at this time because of the things that I have said but I will sure make appointment with dr. Omidvar even if I have to have Dr. Tamara Mayer call him
