“i am not a gym rat; i love fitness boot camps due to variety of routines and exercises. Scott delivers what I want and need to get fit. I am older now and can’t afford an injury; Scott is a DPT and provides instruction for proper form to prevent injury, integrates cognitive skills (have to pay attention and memorize the routines as he demonstrates the set) and utilizes functional movements for an overall body workout including cardiac each session. I attend the large group classes; 45 minutes long and on the way home. I am not dieting but have lost 11 lbs in 3 months and am keeping it off! That’s a bonus for me; it’s the most effective means of getting fit which is my goal rather than weight loss!”

“Great dinner menu and drink menu. Have Ten Mile Brewing Co beer on tap, great local beers. The two dinners we had were great, so much to choose from. I posted the dinner menu and hope others will eat and have as good a meal as we did. Excellent service, very clean. Only been serving dinner since August 2019, breakfast &lunch since February 2019. I hear lines are long for there great breakfast, maybe another time I'll try that. Outdoor patio is great, inside table are good but lack atmosphere.”
