“I absolutely love this gym! It is ALWAYS clean and you’re always given a warm welcome. It’s rare you go to a gym and the staff knows your name, but not here, everyone knows your name and you’re always greeted ( even though I disappear at times) but when I do go, I always get a great workout and plus it’s only a 30 min work out which is great, esp if you’re someone with a busy schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone young and old because it’s a workout everyone can do!!”
