Amir's Garden

Awesome place...I been going there for a long time twice a year...I never knew what it was on the top of the garden cause I didn't know it was a garden until now and I'm impressed....

What a great Sat afternoon walk to start off the New Year. There's so many trails to chose from. The trails are steep and challenging and worth the hike. The mountain views are gorgeous. The trails are kept up and trees and plants are kept up. Living in the beach area for over 10 yrs, I forgot how awesome it was to be near the mountain side. There's an really nice & clean picnic area for kids to play and run around.

This is the most beautiful place. It looks like heaven. You must read how it came to be. Was raised in LA and now many, many decades later, I get to hike there for the first time. It is stunning to put it mildly. ❤

A great little unique piece of Griffith Park you must visit. Everything, plants and trees, were carried up on Amir's back in 1971 after a fire. It's been a community effort ever since.

I love this place. It's not really populated very often so it makes for a nice quiet place to relax. And there are multiple ways to reach this destination whether you hike up from the Hollywood sign or you come from the golf course in Griffith park, even from the park down the way you can choose. The scenery in the area is amazing. There's so much life around you it's feels great. And the view is huge, you can see Glendale, LA, Hollywood, Studio City, and more.
