This place is really good food!! It reminds me of Yings in Sylmar! It's Cantonese style which is very hard to find! It's still good but before covid it seemed the older woman was there and her son and daughter now it seems they are not as good and way more pricey probably because of the remodeling.. And I get that but food is becoming More Americanized and not as authentic and more $$.. please keep the food the same quality like when the OG lady was there..
Very good food. Service was fast. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. This was my first time here I definitely going back. I went late so the parking was good. During the it does look like parking might be an issue. Besides that love the place.
I've been coming here since 1977 when it was located across the street on Laurel Canyon and there were only 2 booths. This was family owned and operated for many years. The food was delicious old school style Chinese with low prices and they did Excellent business with a Loyal customer following. They recently changed owners so we tried the food not expecting it to be as good as before but, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very good! The Service was good and prices pretty low for everything you get. We will be back! 👍
The meat tasted reheated to be honest which made the pork feel and taste dry. The rest of the dishes were good.
The noodles were great , the fried rice was delicious the sweet and sour shrimp was yummy and not overly sweet just wish it had more veggies the mushroom and pork plate was so good and I loved the amount of veggies in that dish. The price was ideal for the amount of food they give you.
Good first time experience
I have personally been coming here since I was 6-8 yrs old. Tony and the family were wonderful and always treated us like family. I was happy to see that the new owners were just as welcoming. The food was delicious just as before. And still had some of the original waitresses. Which was nice to see familiar faces. They have delicious Macaroon icecream sandwiches. One of our boys tripped and his fell. The guy in the front replaced it free of charge. We will definitely be coming back.
