Nordic Catch

I am a big fan! love the sashimi grade salmon! I usually buy salmon sashimi from local Japanese market since I am picky on my salmon! But Nordic Catch sashimi grade salmon is so fresh and tastes so authentic! No only have them as sashimi also cook the them. they are soft and juicy because of the healthy fat! Highly recommended!!

Best quality seafood! I’ll never go back to store bought, had no idea that salmon should taste like this. Clean! Salmon is delicious. Our dog loves the salmon treats. We also love the filet mignon!

This by far the best quality fish from anywhere, The Icelandic cold waters really produce incredible quality. It is never frozen. It is the finest sashimi quality. I buy it every week. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

I wanted to recreate the flavor of sushi back home in Asia, but popular Asian supermarkets in LA do not have the quality of salmon I was looking for — they are often not fatty enough and their textures are too firm.

Traditional seafood markets, which I assume will have higher quality fish, tend not to cater to the individual. With Nordic Catch, however, I was able to just get a few servings of salmon belly, which came vacuum sealed.

I made salmon nigiri and salmon don, which came out perfectly. The fish was fresh and tasted fresh. The oil content and texture of the fish was on point. No need to waste $$$ on subpar restaurant sushi. If anyone is into high quality salmon sushi at a cheap price, look no further!
