(September 14, 2022, 2:40 pm)My husband and I have been customers for 20 years. Now my husband has an advanced illness, this pharmacy is a God send. I switched pharmacies recently, Briefly. I thought having a home delivery pharmacy would be simpler. I moved everything back to Oak Hills because the service and care they give to their Clients surpasses every other pharmacy! Lee is wonderful!! The pharmacists are spectacular! Trust them with our health.
(March 14, 2022, 7:30 pm)Great pharmacy always have what you need and if not they will get for you as soon as possible, staff are friendly and knowledgeable always feel welcome and they fill medications very quickly you don't have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for it, that you do at other pharmacies.
(July 19, 2017, 11:59 am)I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy! I've been going there for the last 10+ years. The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. They genuinely care about all their customers. The medical field can be a very cold environment, but you will not feel this way coming to Oak Hills. They almost always have everything in stock and if for some reason they don't have what you need, they get it the following day for you. If you want to be taken care of like family, start taking your prescriptions to Oak Hills
(June 14, 2017, 7:22 am)Amazing pharmacy. The lady who I assume owns it (Lee, i think) is one of the best people I have met. She is always there, she knows each of her customers and she always takes the time to really talk to me about my family. Wonderful lady and excellent customer service
(October 19, 2012, 8:42 pm)Located in the Oak Hills Medical Plaza in West Hills, the Oak Hills Medical Pharmacy is a sparkling clean, modern, and yet friendly and welcoming community establishment. Hours are Mon-Sat, from 9 am to 8 pm.
“Oak Hills” is conveniently located in a medical park, where many doctors practice. It is very convenient for our customers to pick up their prescriptions right after doctors’ appointments. Two super knowledgeable pharmacists lead a team of cheerful, attentive staff to meet your medications needs, and answer any prescriptions related questions you may have. The staff is also fluent in major Asian languages (Chinese and Vietnamese).
Wait time is short. Lines are promptly serviced. Refills can be ordered over the phone 24/7 (automated system). Most insurance and prescription benefit plans are accepted, so you save big. The helpful staff calls you when your prescriptions are ready for pickup. Formulary services is available on request (although we choose not to formulate steroids based orders). Oak Hills even offers convenient delivery!
