    The food was very tasty. Fried chicken and waffles, braised collard greens with pork shoulder and mac & cheese. The service was very good as well. Enjoyed it.

    Great service, we had a large party that they accommodated very well. Good cocktails, lots of parking lots (bring cash for parking)

    Food is modern southern. Biscuits are incredible!!

    Great ambiance & decor. Definitely worth a return visit. The prices are fair for the quality of food. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

I wanted to get some drinks after dinner at Ace Hotel, but they were at capacity at 9:30, so we decided to go to Preux & Proper since it was a short walk. Preux & Proper is two level bar and restaurant with Shuffleboard and Pre-made Alcohol slushy drinks on the first floor. Cocktails: The craft cocktails were strong and flavorful.
