Great customer service, I call to add change or pay my bill by phone all the time and they are always their to help and get it done on the same day. Switching to Allstate is the best decision i have made when it came to choosing insurance. I previously had Allied Insurance and only had full coverage insurance. After switching Allstate Insurance Kim Nguyen was able to give me a better rate and more coverage than Allied Insurance had given me. Switching to Allstate Insurance i was able to get full coverage insurance, along with uninsured motorist, towing, car rental reimbursement, medical payments, and comprehensive insurance all at the same rate that I was paying when I previously had Allied Insurance. Kim Nguyen and her staff are very knowledgable when it came to what type of coverage I needed, they took time to explain everything thoroughly to me without hesitation so that I would have a better understanding of why I would need that type of coverage, especially because it was my first time purchasing a brand new Lexus, she made sure i got the coverage I needed so that i will be covered in all aspects if an incident were to ever occur. Kim and her staff are great, I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking quality coverage. I also have renter's insurance with Allstate and was able to get a much lower rate than geico.
